A. All you need to know about cancelling your order

1. WHAT IS THE PUNAYAA CANCELLATION POLICY?

You can cancel an order until it has not been packed in our Warehouse(ask customer care). This does includes items purchased on sale. Any amount paid will be credited as points to your account on our website.

2. CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER AFTER SHIPPING?

After the order has been shipped it becomes rather difficult for us to cancel it. We would request you to tell us as early as possible about possible cancellations.

3. I JUST CANCELLED MY ORDER. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

If you had selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded because you haven't paid for your order. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallet or credit points you will receive refund in the form of store credits, which can be redeemed on any product on our website.

B. Payment related question NOTE - Never share your debit/credit card details and OTP with anyone. Our customer care executive will never ask you for card details and OTP.

1. IS IT SAFE TO SHOP ONLINE USING MY DEBIT CARD OR CREDIT CARD?

We use the highest possible security measures to protect our customers' bank details. All payments are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways. Additionally, a 3D secure password is required to complete an online transaction which adds another layer of safety.

So be assured, it is completely safe to use your bank debit/credit card on our website

2. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD HAS BEEN COMPROMISED WHILE MAKING A PAYMENT ONLINE?

Please contact your bank in that case. We don't store credit card information or use it for any other purposes.

3. IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION SECURE AT PUNAYAA?

Yes. All information shared by you remains confidential and will not be shared elsewhere.

4. WHAT HAPPENS IF A PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK?

We always aim to stay upbeat & aligned to the very latest fashion trends. In order to keep our catalogue fresh & unique, we generally don't restock products once sold out. We request you to keep checking the website for the availability of products.

5. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

6. HOW DO I PAY FOR MY COD ORDER?

You can pay for Cash on Delivery orders by cash or by Credit/Debit card IF the delivery person is carrying 'card swipe POS machine'.

7. IS THERE A PURCHASE LIMIT FOR A CASH ON DELIVERY PURCHASE?

no, there is no purchase limit for COD or any other mode of payment. We are totally flexible with our customers.

8. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PAYMENT FAILS?

There are many benefits of making your payment online- convenience, safety and security. While making a payment online, you will be provided with an authorization code in confirmation, if your payment has been successful. In case, your payment is declined, we recommend that you check the accuracy of the details of your name, account details, billing address and password. Make sure that your internet connection is not disrupted, during the process.

If your account has been debited after you receive the notification of a payment failure, the normal process is that the payment is credited back to your account within 7 business days. 9. IS THERE A PURCHASE LIMIT FOR A CASH ON DELIVERY PURCHASE?

GST is a single tax on the supply of goods and services. GST is to borne/paid by the ultimate consumer of the product or service. GST subsumes all other taxes like Excise duty, VAT, Entry tax etc.For ease of our customers.

c. Queries for payment failure

1. WHAT HAPPENS TO THE MONEY DEDUCTED FROM MY DEBIT CARD/CREDIT CARD/NET BANKING FOR AN UNSUCCESSFUL ORDER?

If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure or in case of an unsuccessful order, it will be credited back within 7-10 days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank.

D. Returning or Exchanging the Product

1. WHAT HAPPENS TO THE MONEY DEDUCTED FROM MY DEBIT CARD/CREDIT CARD/NET BANKING FOR AN UNSUCCESSFUL ORDER?

Punayaa's 15 days returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on Punayaa for any reason within 15 days of receipt of the item. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging.

2. HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT TO PUNAYAA?

You can return products purchased within 15 days of receiving the product, except for our non-returnable products. Create a 'Return Request' under "My Orders" section of Wesbsite. Follow the screens that come up after tapping on the 'Return' button. Please make a note of the Return ID that we generate at the end of the process. Please pack the product and ensure product is unused, unwashed and all the tags are intact.Also, please mention Order No and Return id on a piece of paper and place it in the packet. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse. At any time, you can track the status of your return request on Website.

3. WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER IS RECEIVED IN A DAMAGED CONDITION?

Our apologies in case of such an incident occurs. You can return products purchased from our website within 15 days of receiving the product.

4. WHERE SHOULD I SEND MY RETURN?

You can fill out the return form & send your package to our warehouse directly:

5. I KNOW IT'S BEEN MORE THAN 30 DAYS SINCE I BOUGHT THIS ITEM. BUT IT'S DEFECTIVE AND I WANT TO RETURN IT. CAN I?

You can only return your product 15 days from the delivery date.

6. I HAVE REQUESTED A REPLACEMENT/EXCHANGE, WHEN WILL I GET IT?

once we recieve our old product in our warehouse, we will initiate the dispatch of your exchange product. The entire process will take around 5-9 working days. We will also send an email & sms notification on your registered mail & phone number to keep you posted.

7. HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS FOR MY RETURNED ORDER?

We will be sending you notifications via email & sms on your registered mail id & phone number of all proceedings.

E. Track Your Order & Request Delivery Timeline

1. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can track your order by logging into your account. Once logged in, click on "My Orders" tab. It will give list of latest 10 order numbers next to it. Under each order number, you can find a clickable option saying "Track Order". A simple click on "Track Order" link will give you a detailed tracking page to your order.

2. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Generally it takes around 4-9 working days for your order to be delivered. You can track step by step movement of your order by using "Track Order" functionality under "My Orders" section of your account.

3. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SHIPMENT DOES NOT GET DELIVERED ON TIME?

We will do everything possible to have your order delivered to you on time. In case we miss, we suggest you to please call our customer care representative or write to us at contact@punayaa.com

4. I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER BUT IT DOES NOT APPEAR IN THE 'MY ACCOUNT' SECTION?

The items will be visible in 'My Account' for customers registered with us. Customers who have used the guest checkout option can alternately track order by entering your Order ID & email id used to place the order, from the 'Track your order' widget.

5. HOW CAN I GET MY ORDER DELIVERED FASTER?

Sorry, currently we do not have any service available to expedite the order delivery. In future, if we are offering such service and your area pincode is serviceable, you will receive a communication from our end.

6. HOW CAN I CHECK IF PUNAYAA DELIVERS TO MY PIN CODE?

In case we don't deliver to your pincode, you will not get the "payment option" in order to make the payment. So technically it is not possible to place an order, in case the pincode is not serviceable.

7. DO YOU DELIVER OUT OF INDIA?

No. At this point, Punayaa delivers products only within India.

8. CAN I MODIFY THE SHIPPING ADDRESS OF MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Yes, You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it, by calling customer care or emailing us at contact@puanyaa.com and we will try to help you out.

F. Miscellaneous & Other queries

1. FOR HOW LONG CAN I HOLD THE PRODUCTS IN MY CART?

You can hold your choices in your cart for as long as you like! There is one applicable condition here; i.e. the products stay in your cart until you delete them from the cart or delete cookies from your browser. But products sell out like a wildfire and we would advise you to place the order ASAP.

2. WHAT ARE PUNAYAA POINTS? HOW DO I REDEEM IT?

Punayaa credit points are store credits issued to you in case of refunds. These are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be used to buy anything from the website. In order to use your credit points, at the check out page you can see an option at the bottom of the screen to redeem your points.
