Returns and Refunds

NOTE - Never share your debit/credit card details and OTP with anyone. Our customer care executive will never ask you for card details and OTP.

1. Punayaa's 7 days returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on Punayaa within 7 days of receiving the item. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging.
2. Product may differ a little bit from the image shown on website (differences come from light and camera). No refund will be entertained in such cases
3. Create a 'Return Request' under "My Orders" section of Wesbsite. Follow the screens that come up after tapping on the 'Return' button. Please make a note of the Return ID that we generate at the end of the process. Please pack the product and ensure product is unused, unwashed and all the tags are intact.Also, please mention Order No and Return id on a piece of paper and place it in the packet. -We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse. At any time, you can track the status of your return request on Website or email us for the same
4. We apologies in case the product you receive from our website is in damaged condition. You can fill out the return form & send your package to our warehouse directly: (address will be mentioned to you by email). The return/refund request will be granted within 7 days from the delivery date. NO return WILL BE GRANTED after specified limit.
5. If a customer wants to return product, they will need to send product to our warehouse by their own courier service and company is not liable to pay for such courier charges.
6. Once we receive our product back, we will initiate refund in form of cheque only. We don't provide refund through wallet and bank transfer .It usually takes 2-3 working days.
7. A sum of Rs 500 will be deducted from order amount, while refunding money back to customer.
